Corrective Exercises

There are two types of joints that cause pain and/or joint dysfunction. One type is a joint that is not moving well (chiropractic adjustment takes care of that!) and the other type is a joint that moves too much. Usually patients comes in with both types and chiropractic adjustments plus exercises is a great combination. Corrective exercises will help you engage the correct muscles during movement and disengage the muscles that hinders movement.
